The story begins in 1998__ when, after trying for years to do something with our passion for international cuisines, we finally bought a restaurant in West Los Angeles called the Signature Cafe. To reinvigorate and add our own personal touch we, in quick succession introduced the concept of World Cuisine Day - where one day of the week we would showcase the best of a particular country, cooking with only the best and freshest ingredients and, a fresh juice/espresso bar all, leading the restaurant to become a big local hit.

In 2005, with a tremendous response to our early efforts in catering small groups, we established a catering arm to the Signature Cafe. This part of our business has grown beyond our original modest expectations mainly, we believe, because we provide something that is still unique in the catering world......customized international menu, done with passion and flair!

Now, as the story continues.....we are launching our website to introduce to a larger audience what many have known as the best in catered international food!!
